If the denial needs to be addressed by the provider,for example an invalid diagnosis code, we will bring it to the providers attention with an explanation of the denial in terms that you can understand.

We monitor payer portals and download EOBs, we have a dedicated fax line for you to send in paper EOBs, and we can process electronic remits from all payers that make that service available.
